What is included when you rent the facility?

When you rent a space at our facility,  it includes tables and chairs, set up and break down, custodial services, AC/Heat, and four hours in your rental space. It also includes time to meet with our Event Coordinator to help discuss and plan details of your event, along with an Event Coordinator on the day of to help your event run smoothly.

 

How many people will the facility accommodate?

Depending on the space you rent, our facilities can accommodate up to 700 people. Please visit the Event Spaces tab for more information on each room's capacity.

 

Do you allow alcohol?

We are a non-alcoholic facility. We do offer a coffee bar and smoothie bar available for rental in The Event Center, which can provide a delicious alternative for your guests.

 

Can I use my own vendors?

The Event Center and other rental spaces do allow guests to bring their own Photographers, Videographers, DJ's, Wedding Cakes, Florists, Decorators, and Bands. In The Event Center, we have a preferred caterers list which has a range of caterers for every budget and taste.
